Keyword Research

Identifying the words online customers search to find your products is what we do. We use a sophisticated process for identifying targeted keywords to help optimize your listings. We use proprietary software, competitor research, and customer surveys to allow your products, services, and website to be indexed and searchable online.

EHP Consulting Group looks at immediate competitors, top performing competitors in the same category as your business and other similar competitors to study revenue, copy, and reviews on how consumers shop with them. Using analytic software we research which keywords are searched most frequently, which rate they convert to purchase and how much they cost to advertise. We rank the keywords based on how relevant the keywords are for your company.  

We run customer surveys to inquire about product description elements asking questions like, "What would you search to find this product on Amazon?"; "What do you call this product?"; and "How much would you pay for a product like this?". 

We repeat this process every month for our clients. The continuously updated keyword bank ensures that our clients products are always positioned correctly in the E-Commerce marketplace.

Product & Services

Copywriting

The goal of the product & service copywriting is to make your product & service more discoverable as well as improving the conversion rate for purchases. We use the information gathered from keyword research to write our clients product detail page content (title, bullet point, product description, back-end keywords). It’s important that the content both communicates the product value and is integrated with keywords that customers use to search for the product. We write all of our content in house using our best practice knowledge of the Google algorithm. If the client is just getting started online we’ll write all the content from scratch. If the client is already selling online, we’ll look at their current content and rewrite the content as needed.

Once we complete the calibration phase and advertising and marketing set up we’ll turn our attention toward any additional brand content that is available to the client. We will create A+ content, Storefront, and Brand Page for products and the brand.

Marketing Services &

Campaign  

After we update your product listings we turn our focus towards advertising through Amazon.com by running Ads. Depending on the platform you are selling on, we would be running Amazon Ads to increase your conversion rate online.

When we set up the architecture of our clients advertising campaigns, we perform 2-week calibration period where we run campaigns at low budgets to measure the cost per click economics of our clients products.

Client advertising strategy is continually adjusted throughout the year as the traffic level and seasonality changes on Amazon.com during the retail season. On a continuous basis, we add and subtract keywords, increase/decrease keyword bid pricing, increase/decrease campaign budget, pause/enable advertised products on SKU level, and adjust campaign types to better target Amazon.com customers.

Reporting

We provide a monthly strategy report which details key performance metrics, outlines our current strategy and the tasks performed by EHP Consulting Group, and action steps for the next month.

Our strategic report presents our client’s Amazon channel’s performance and offers future strategy insights. This helps paint a clear picture of the Amazon accounts health and informs efficient key decisions as our client’s E-Commerce accounts grow and develop.

Reporting helps us adjust our approach to keyword research, copywriting, advertising, and marketing.
